The Opportunity We’re seeking an exceptional
Director of Sales (Pharma)
to spearhead our growth within the pharmaceutical sector.
What You’ll Do
Own the Complete Sales Cycle : Lead end‑to‑end enterprise sales from prospecting through contract closure, identify and engage Business Development and Search & Evaluation leaders at top pharma and biopharma companies, build and execute strategic account plans, navigate complex organizational structures to connect with key decision‑makers, orchestrate multi‑stakeholder deal processes.
Drive Revenue Growth : Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets, build a robust pipeline, negotiate commercial terms and structure deals, leverage Prudentia’s network and AI tooling to drive opportunities.
Become a Trusted Advisor : Deeply understand customer challenges, articulate platform value, conduct product demos, collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and identify expansion opportunities.
Shape Our Go-to-Market Strategy : Partner with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns, contribute to sales playbooks and best practices, represent Prudentia at industry conferences and events.
Who You Are
Essential Qualifications : 10+ years of enterprise or SaaS sales experience with proven quota attainment; deep pharma/biopharma network; success selling complex, high‑value technology solutions ($500K+ ACV) to C‑level and VP‑level; experience navigating long, complex sales cycles (6–18 months); strong understanding of biopharma business models and BD/licensing workflows.
What Sets You Apart : Consultative selling, exceptional communication and presentation skills, self‑starter mentality, strategic thinker with tactical execution, collaborative team player, passion for healthcare innovation.
Bonus Points : Prior experience in biopharma Business Development, Licensing, or related roles; track record selling AI/ML or data analytics platforms; relationships with BD leaders at top 50 pharma companies; experience building sales processes and teams in early‑stage companies.
