As a Property Administrator, you’ll be the friendly and efficient point of contact for tenants, vendors, and building staff. From coordinating service requests and vendor contracts to planning tenant appreciation events, you’ll play a key role in keeping the property running seamlessly and ensuring a top‑notch tenant experience.
Job Duties
Serve as the main contact for tenants — responding to questions, service requests, and maintenance needs with professionalism and care.
Coordinate communication between property management, engineering staff, vendors, and tenants.
Organize tenant events and oversee building lobby decorations to create a welcoming environment.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and service agreements; track and verify vendor insurance compliance.
Maintain records, logs, and schedules for building activities, services, and access requests.
Assist with move‑ins/move‑outs, access cards, keys, and after‑hours contractor requests.
Support the Property Manager with correspondence, reports, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
3–5 years of experience in facilities, operations, or office management
Strong organization, communication, and project management skills
Working knowledge of safety and compliance standards
Comfortable with hands‑on problem‑solving and coordinating vendors
