Job Title: .NET Developer with Teradata Experience (Hybrid)

This position requires on-site work two days per week (Tuesdays and Fridays). There is no remote-only option.

Top Skills and Required Experience:
5+ years of experience with .NET Framework 4.8, C#, and .NET Core 3.1 or higher (6.0 preferred)
5+ years of experience developing front-end applications using jQuery, JavaScript, and Telerik
5+ years of experience with SSIS and SQL Server 2019, including developing and maintaining stored procedures
5+ years of experience working with Teradata using tools such as Teradata Tools and Utilities (TTU) and Teradata SQL Assistant 16.10
5+ years of experience designing and developing reports using Crystal Reports
5+ years of experience using Azure DevOps/TFS for project tracking and code repository management
Job Summary: The Programmer Analyst 6 will serve as a contract resource for the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB), supporting various applications for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). The role involves ongoing development, maintenance, operations, and security of applications such as CC360, CC360-API, WSA, WSA-API, PROM, T-MSIS, XDR, and others. The developer will work within an Agile team environment, collaborating on new features and maintaining existing systems built using .NET technologies.
Position Responsibilities:
Write well-structured, testable code using Microsoft .NET MVC, C#, and Entity Framework Core
Develop business application components following object-oriented principles and .NET design standards
Work with Teradata tools (TTU, Teradata SQL Assistant 16.10) for database development and querying
Design logical and physical data models; develop and maintain SSIS packages and SQL Server 2019 objects
Develop stored procedures, functions, and triggers in SQL Server
Design and generate reports using Crystal Reports
Create RESTful web services using the Web API framework
Maintain and enhance applications developed with .NET Web and .NET Core frameworks
Implement and apply design patterns such as Singleton, Facade, and Adapter
Build and maintain unit testing frameworks using NUnit
Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering and writing functional/technical specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve application and database issues using T-SQL scripts
Optimize SQL queries and refine Entity Framework models for performance
