Direct message the job poster from Myticas Consulting Technical Support and Customer Service Associate - REMOTE Contract: 12 months with possible CTH Schedule: 2nd shift - 12 pm to 9 pm, Tuesday thru Saturday Work Type: Fully Remote Myticas is actively seeking a Technical Support and Customer Service Associate for a direct client to join their Personal Support Center (PSC) team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for helping others, a knack for troubleshooting, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment. As a PSC Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for users via phone, email, and chat—working to resolve technical issues, answer questions, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You'll be supported by extensive training, a detailed knowledge base, and a collaborative team ready to help you grow.
