The HR Coordinator handles a variety of daily HR administrative duties. This role ensures smooth HR operations by facilitating daily HR functions, maintaining employee records, supporting the hiring process, and planning company events. You will need broad knowledge of Human Resources and general administrative skills.
salary: $20 - $25 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School
Responsibilities 1. HR Administration & Records
Respond to and assist with internal and external HR inquiries and requests.
Maintain accurate personnel records in both paper files and the HR database.
Coordinate new hire
onboarding and orientations .
Liaise with other departments, such as payroll and benefits.
Schedule meetings and maintain the HR team's agenda.
Produce and submit
metrics and reports
on general HR activity.
Handle ad-hoc HR projects (e.g., collecting employee feedback).
2. Recruitment Support
Support the hiring process by
sourcing candidates
and performing
background checks .
Schedule interviews.
3. Employee Programs & Events
Plan and coordinate
employee events
(e.g., monthly luncheons) and manage the budget proposals for them.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Assist supervisors with
performance management
procedures.
