The Warehouse Manager oversees all aspects of warehouse operations for CUI ensuring the efficient flow, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment across all service lines, including Fulfillment, Underground, Construction, MDU, and Commercial Services. This role is responsible for maintaining a high-performing warehouse team, optimizing inventory systems, enforcing safety and compliance standards, and ensuring materials are available to support project timelines and field operations. The Warehouse Manager serves as a key operational leader who drives consistency, accountability, and excellence within the market.

Key Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, staging, and dispatching materials. Develop and enforce standardized processes for inventory management, tool tracking, and material distribution. Manage and mentor warehouse supervisors, coordinators, and associates to maintain productivity and performance. Forecast material needs in coordination with Market Managers, Construction Supervisors, and Procurement. Ensure accurate and timely data entry in inventory management systems and ADP/ERP tools. Establish and monitor KPIs such as material accuracy, shrinkage, and fulfillment turnaround times. Oversee fleet and asset management, ensuring vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and tracked. Partner with the Safety and Compliance departments to ensure full adherence to OSHA and company safety standards. Conduct periodic audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Manage warehouse budget, including labor, materials handling equipment, and consumables. Build vendor relationships to streamline deliveries, returns, and procurement efficiency. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve workflow, and enhance service to field teams.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience, preferably within telecommunications or construction industries. Strong background in inventory control, forecasting, and logistics coordination. Demonstrated leadership and team development skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and

warehouse/inventory

management systems. OSHA safety certification and forklift certification preferred. Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
