Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineering team
is hiring talented contributors for innovative projects that will help power and secure our businesses and guest experiences. Leverage your solutions integration knowledge, industry experience, and passion for new technologies and platforms. You will be part of a diverse cross‑functional team with core ownership of our security services ecosystem. Responsibilities
Own and lead development projects and a team where a project comprises multiple components. Lead the development of medium to large, innovative software solutions that meet specifications and impact future developments. Develop or lead the development of specifications for software development projects. Review or write code, lead programming, testing, and debugging of major software development projects. Conceive and set the architectural direction for software development projects. Design the component tasks of software development projects and develop specifications for each. Must Haves
Minimum of 7 years of related work experience. Experience providing technical leadership and oversight to other engineers. Expertise in full‑stack software development (frontend & backend), software architecture, virtualization/containerization, web services, automation, relational and non‑relational database design, system architecture, encryption, and security. Expertise with cloud technologies and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Strong experience in contemporary development models and languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.). Deep expertise with the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). 5+ years’ experience working in Agile software development. Deep expertise with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD). Expert in developing high‑availability, highly‑scalable applications and services. Nice to Haves
8+ years’ experience with SDLC tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, Confluence, etc. 5+ years’ experience working with Identity and Access Management systems. Strong knowledge with sensitive data handling such as COPPA, PCI, and PII, Safe Harbor. Integration with Okta, SailPoint, SGNL, and Active Directory Technologies. Expert level experience developing solutions leveraging relational, NoSQL, and graph databases (MySQL, Postgres, DynamoDB, Redis, NeptuneDB, etc.). Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience. The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $155,700 - $208,700 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
