What You’ll Do As a Digital Ads Specialist, you’ll drive high-quality roofing leads through paid digital advertising channels—Google Ads, LSA, Meta, YouTube, and others—maximizing ROI and lowering acquisition costs across markets. You’ll own campaign performance from strategy to reporting, ensuring every dollar spent produces measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms
Optimize campaigns for conversions, not impressions
Continuously A/B test audiences, creative, and copy to improve CTR and lead conversion
Track and attribute leads accurately using Google Tag Manager, WhatConverts, and CRM integrations
Conduct weekly campaign audits, adjust budgets, and implement optimizations within 48 hours
Manage ad-specific landing pages and collaborate with the SEO team on conversion rate improvements
Monitor ROAS, CPL, CTR, and Conversion Rates to ensure high-performing campaigns
Produce weekly summaries and monthly reports with actionable insights
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in digital advertising (Google, Meta, or related platforms)
Strong understanding of paid media strategy, audience targeting, and conversion optimization
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
Data-driven mindset with proven ability to interpret and act on performance metrics
Organized, proactive, and highly results-focused
