Position Overview As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies, advise on product frequency, reach, brand efficacy, and ROI using proprietary analytics. Your success will hinge on building long‑lasting, service‑focused client relationships and delivering outstanding support.
Key Responsibilities
Build client relationships through consultative sales, becoming a trusted advisor on strategic marketing plans.
Prospect new clients and close new business using CoStar Group’s extensive property data.
Partner with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within your territory.
Provide regular, value‑added communication, share market insights, and offer solutions that help clients achieve goals.
Conduct in‑person meetings, with travel by car and potentially outside your office radius.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
4+ years of successful B2B sales and account management in CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, or related fields.
Demonstrated commitment to prior employers and proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a customer‑centric environment.
Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record check.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building long‑term relationships with senior/C‑Suite level clients.
Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics.
Access to a personal vehicle prior to or by start date and flexibility to adapt in a high‑growth company.
Self‑starter who can work both independently and within a team.
