As a Sales Executive with LoopNet you will be part of a growth‑oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. You’ll advise on product frequency, reach, brand efficacy, and highlight return on investment using proprietary analytic tools and reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
Relationship Management:
Build consultative relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic marketing plan.
Business Development:
Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data, study industry trends, and conduct effective product demonstrations to close new business.
Teamwork:
Partner with colleagues across LoopNet and CoStar teams to accelerate sales revenue.
Industry Acumen:
Develop subject‑matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within your territory.
Customer Focus:
Deliver outstanding customer support through regular conversations, market insights, and solutions that help clients achieve their goals. Travel by car may be required, including outside the driving radius of your office location.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not‑for‑profit university or college.
• Minimum of four years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate, or sales of digital advertising/marketing solutions.
• Current and valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a customer‑experience‑centric environment.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Success in building long‑term relationships and business partnerships with senior/C‑Suite clients.
Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market metrics.
Access to a reliable operational vehicle prior to start date.
Adaptability to changing situations in a high‑growth company.
Self‑starter who can work both independently and within a team.
