Role Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of FTTH network design, from high-level planning to field verification and final as-builts. Lead a team of OSP engineers and technicians, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Coordinate directly with field teams and third-party engineering firms, aligning design outputs with construction needs. Manage stakeholder meetings and provide project updates, ensuring alignment across internal teams and clients.
