Join our growing, well‑established veterinary team in the scenic Berkshires. We are a privately owned and operated practice, currently staffed with four veterinarians and twelve support staff, committed to delivering high‑quality, compassionate care. Over recent years, we have expanded our services to include integrative medicine alongside conventional veterinary practices. Our newly renovated facility includes state‑of‑the‑art equipment and dedicated exam rooms for integrative therapies.

Routine and wellness exams, vaccinations, preventive care

Surgical procedures, dentistry

Digital radiography

2 of our 4 DVMS practice integrative and holistic treatments tailored to each pet’s lifestyle and the owner’s preferences

Job Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries in small animals

Perform surgeries and dental procedures if desired

Use digital imaging and laser therapy in treatment plans

Integrate holistic/alternative modalities when appropriate by referring to one of your colleagues in the practice (nutrition, acupuncture, herbal, etc., if interested)

Communicate clearly with pet owners about diagnosis, treatment options, cost, and follow‑up

Work alongside a skilled support staff (technicians, assistants) to ensure top‑quality patient care

Maintain accurate medical records and compliance with veterinary regulations

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited institution

Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Massachusetts

Strong diagnostic skills. Strong surgical and dental skills are a plus (but not required).

Excellent communication and client service skills

Interest in integrative medicine is a plus (but not required).

Open to new graduates and experienced vets
