West Delray Veterinary and our sister practice, Mindful Veterinary Care, are independently owned, AAHA-accredited, full-service small animal practices offering integrative and conventional medicine. Located in the thriving PalmBeach County area, our hospitals are thoughtfully designed to support a welcoming, mindful, and nurturing environment for our team, our clients, and their beloved pets. Our medicine is comprehensive and collaborative, integrating advanced technology with a holistic approach. Services include: Digital radiology and dental radiology Ultrasound In-house diagnostics Surgical suite with advanced monitoring A dedicated dental suite Acupuncture, laser therapy, herbal and nutritional counseling Full physical rehabilitation center with an Oasis underwater treadmill Our practice culture emphasizes quality over quantity with personalized appointment scheduling, allowing you the time to build relationships and deliver thoughtful, high-level care. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care for small animals. Perform comprehensive examinations and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Build strong relationships with clients and educate them on pet health and wellness. Collaborate with our skilled veterinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. Stay current with industry best practices and advancements in veterinary medicine. Qualifications
DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution. Experience in general practice, with strong diagnostic and surgical skills. Passion for integrative medicine and a holistic approach to care. Additional certifications (or interest) in acupuncture, herbal medicine, rehabilitation, or related areas preferred, but not required. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with both clients and team members. Leadership skills, confidence and commitment to high moral and ethical practices required. Generous Base Salary: With no negative accrual, production bonus calculated quarterly. 401k/IRA: Participation and match after 1 year of employment.
