We're looking for a Junior Diesel Mechanic in Bay City to train, develop, and become a key part of our expert maintenance team.

Pay Rate: $20 - $25/hr.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, overtime as needed, on call one weekend out of the month

What You'll Do:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy equipment (forklifts, excavators, loaders, etc.)

Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems

Use management systems, technical manuals, and blueprints for troubleshooting

Take ownership of your assigned fleet and ensure equipment runs at peak performance

What You Bring:

Ideally 5+ years of experience with heavy-duty equipment

Strong understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems

Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams

Your own toolbox and a valid driver's license

Great communication, teamwork, and organization skills
