10 AM - 8 PM | Monday - Friday

What You'll Do
Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and machinery
Repair mechanical components, including bearings, filters, valves, wiring, gauges, and switches
Install plate changeovers and start-up machines as needed for production
Troubleshoot mechanical issues by observing and testing machinery
Adjust and replace functional parts to maintain optimal machine performance
Lubricate, clean, and maintain machinery and support equipment
Document and track changeover times and completed work orders
Follow all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout, PPE use, 5S, and housekeeping standards
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime, reduce scrap, and improve plant efficiency
Perform other related maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
3-5 years' maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (mechanical and electrical experience preferred)
Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, blueprints, and diagrams
Skilled in using precision measuring devices (amp meters, electric meters, hydraulic gauges)
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to solve practical problems
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, decimals, fractions)
Professional, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
