Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 7:35 PM
2nd Shift: 7:30 PM - 7:35 AM
12-hour rotating schedule - must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and overtime as needed
The Production Operator is responsible for operating machinery used in the manufacturing of solar panel products. This role ensures consistent quality, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards throughout the production process.
Responsibilities:
Operate production equipment according to SOPs and training standards
Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas; follow sanitation and item placement protocols
Adhere to company dress code, rules, and safety procedures
Meet machine production targets and strive for top product quality
Conduct shift handovers and report on machine status, raw materials, and tooling
Monitor and verify product quality throughout production processes
Record production activity; report issues and abnormalities promptly
Participate in safety training and follow all emergency procedures
Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Fluent in English
Able to interpret basic instructions, technical information, and figures
Comfortable working long shifts, including weekends and overtime
Must be able to multitask and remain productive in a fast-paced setting
Team-oriented, dependable, and safety-conscious
