Schedule: 7:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Thursday
Pay Rate: $17 - $18/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor various manufacturing equipment, including compression presses, laser machines, bonding, and tub assembly stations.
Safely handle fiberglass materials while maintaining production speed, quality, and safety standards.
Perform regular quality checks, complete documentation accurately, and report any issues promptly.
Follow detailed instructions and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with IATF 16949 standards.
Cross-train on multiple workstations to enhance flexibility and team performance.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Prior manufacturing experience preferred, especially in automotive production.
Ability to read measurements, interpret production data, and follow detailed procedures.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to teamwork, safety, and quality.
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Lift 25 to 50lbs regularly.
