Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM) | $15 - $18 per hour
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role, preferably in a law firm
Additional education or legal office experience is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
Ability to learn legal software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional demeanor, punctuality, and reliability
Receptionist Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments, manage the firm's calendar, and coordinate meetings
Maintain the reception area and client-facing spaces in a tidy, presentable condition
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization
Provide support to attorneys and staff, including document preparation and copying
Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive client information
