What You'll Do
As a Service Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping essential machinery running efficiently. You'll work both in-shop and on-site, diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled maintenance and safety inspections
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Replace faulty parts and verify equipment performance
Provide technical support and field service to customers
Accurately document work, parts usage, and service calls
Recommend system upgrades or preventative solutions
Stay current with new equipment technologies and service practices
What We're Looking For
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Service Technician
Required: Experience servicing agricultural or construction equipment
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
Valid driver's license
Ability to work independently, manage multiple jobs, and communicate effectively with customers
