We are seeking an experienced
Assistant Superintendent
to join our growing construction team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
multifamily residential construction , with hands-on experience supporting the management of large-scale projects from start to finish. Responsibilities: Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily construction activities on multifamily projects. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and labor to ensure timely project completion. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe jobsite environment. Assist with site inspections, progress reporting, and documentation. Collaborate with project managers and field teams to resolve construction issues. Qualifications: Experience in multifamily construction or similar residential projects. Prior experience as a Construction Assistant Superintendent or equivalent field role preferred. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
