We are seeking an experienced
Construction Superintendent
to lead multifamily residential projects in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing large-scale multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Maintain strict adherence to safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to address and resolve issues. Monitor and report on project performance, schedules, and costs. Qualifications: Experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Proven leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
