Full-time, On-site About the Role A nationally recognized and long-standing general contractor is seeking an experienced
Construction Project Manager
to lead multi-family residential projects from pre-construction through closeout. This is a key role for a builder known for strong client relationships, repeat business, and delivering large-scale residential work across multiple markets. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of multi-family construction projects from start to finish Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, and documentation Lead communication with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, QA/QC, and project specs Conduct regular progress reviews and implement corrective measures as needed Drive on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding high workmanship standards Qualifications 5+ years
of experience managing
multi-family construction projects Strong understanding of construction means & methods, sequencing, and applicable codes Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in construction/project management software and tools Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) Preferred Experience Value engineering and/or design-build delivery exposure Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
