About the Organization: A rapidly expanding mechanical service provider delivering complete HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) building system solutions for commercial, multi-unit, and institutional properties across the Northeast. Role Overview: Were seeking a hands-on Project Lead to manage building systems initiatives from planning to completion. This role requires coordinating design, field teams, and project finances to ensure timelines, quality, and budgets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities: Lead projects from initiation through completion, overseeing schedules, budgets, and performance metrics. Guide and support field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers while upholding safety and quality standards. Prepare, review, and track project documentation including requests for information, submittals, purchase orders, and change logs. Collaborate with engineers and designers to validate plans, specifications, and layouts. Manage materials, equipment deliveries, and installation schedules. Facilitate progress meetings, document outcomes, and address challenges proactively. Negotiate with vendors and coordinate contracts to manage costs and project flow. Ensure all close-out requirements are completed, including manuals, reports, and inspections. Maintain communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams to align expectations. Utilize digital tools for project tracking, reporting, and documentation.

Required Qualifications: Experience managing mechanical or HVAC-focused construction projects. OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification. Ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic construction environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or equivalent preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard construction documentation processes. Additional credentials (LEED AP, PMP) are a plus.
