Staffmark is hiring a Manufacturing Operator for a leading boiler manufacturer in Abilene, TX. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Duties & Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain sheet metal machinery to ensure precise and efficient production

Clean 2-inch drilled holes, insert tubes, and seal them securely

Conduct routine inspections and make minor machine adjustments as needed

Read and interpret specifications and job orders to complete tasks accurately

Move materials throughout the production area as needed

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or sheet metal environment preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining product quality and efficiency

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment

Willingness to work overtime as needed
