Staffmark is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Print Operator to join our client's production team in Fort Worth, TX. If you have experience working with high-speed digital or offset printing equipment and take pride in producing high-quality print materials, we want to hear from you!
Pay:$17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
(Some overtime may be required based on production needs)
As a Print Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining digital and/or offset printing equipment. Your role is essential in ensuring color accuracy, print quality, and timely completion of print jobs according to client specifications.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain high-speed digital and/or offset printing presses
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic equipment issues
Monitor print jobs to ensure accurate color reproduction and high-quality output
Follow production schedules and job specifications
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a color print production environment
Familiarity with digital press equipment such as Ricoh, Canon, Xerox, or similar
Solid understanding of color theory and color calibration tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Basic mechanical aptitude for press maintenance and troubleshooting
Ability to manage multiple print jobs simultaneously
Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed
