We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at SpringHill Suites in Provo, Utah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, and managing front desk operations efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner upon arrival and departure.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures, including managing reservations and addressing guest inquiries.
- Manage billing processes, including processing payments, refunds, and handling cash transactions.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Assist with guest requests and complaints, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, room assignments, and special requests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Monitor and enforce hotel policies and procedures; maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Assist in managing room inventory and reservations using hotel management software.
- Handle phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
