Description and Requirements
Responsibilities
Support supplier communication and order management
Processing purchase requests, managing vendor information, and supporting the procurement process from start to finish.
Assist in data analysis and reporting using Excel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, planning, and operations
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain
Contribute to cost-saving and efficiency projects
PO management, PO cover L/T forecast, and purchase order problem across the material team
Daily shortage and supplier commitment management
Interlock with end-to-end supply chain team for escalation order, expedite or reschedule urgent shipment for critical material co-working with the supplier
Shipment tracking along with logistic and import & export team from supplier
Weekly/Daily WW parts shortage, ONS analysis and resolution
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Business, International Relations, Logistics Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in Supply Chain.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments.
Experience in logistics operations.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in tracking and reporting.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including order execution and global procurement.
Proactive problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and ensure a smooth supply chain operation.
Advanced Spanish is a must.
Stakeholder management (internal departments and external suppliers).
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of sustainability and compliance regulations related to procurement.
