Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership on HR-related matters.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts for hourly and salaried positions.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (e.g., OSHA, FMLA, FLSA, EEO).
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports using HRIS systems.
  • Conduct training sessions on company policies, safety, and leadership development.
  • Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
