About the Role An company in Arlington is seeking an
Entry-Level HR & Administrative Assistant
to support daily HR operations and general office administration. This hybrid role (3 days in-office) is ideal for someone looking to start their career in HR while gaining hands‑on experience in recruiting, onboarding, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and HR support, including onboarding, data entry, and file management.
Assist with interview scheduling, offer letters, and new hire setup.
Maintain employee information and ensure accuracy in HR systems.
Help with benefits coordination and internal communications.
Support projects and initiatives as directed by HR leadership.
Qualifications
1-2 years of administrative or HR support experience a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
