Description and Requirements Responsibilities
Schedule appointments with high net worth individuals to understand their lifestyle and insurance needs, providing tailored risk management solutions.
Achieve new business sales goals annually within the target market.
Develop lists of prospective clients and centers of influence such as lawyers, financial professionals, and realtors.
Engage with prospects using USI’s Engagement Platform and overcome sales obstacles.
Implement sales and marketing strategies to enhance USI’s marketplace position.
Meet with external centers of influence and serve as a value-added service to their clients.
Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients, supporting cross-selling efforts.
Participate in meetings with clients and prospects.
Manage data and develop proposals for clients and prospects.
Maintain flexibility in schedule, including some evening hours.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years in high net worth or personal insurance sales or service.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in personal lines insurance industry.
Ability to travel 50% or more.
Teamwork, motivation, organization, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of carriers and the personal insurance marketplace.
College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
Active property/casualty license or must obtain within 60 days.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
