Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our finance team. This position is a full-time equivalent (FTE) maternity leave coverage expected to last approximately 6 months, with the potential for extension based on performance. The successful candidate will work closely with our ecommerce business team and finance supply chain team to provide financial insights and support. Who you will work with
You will collaborate with a broad set of stakeholders and partner cross-functionally with NA Marketplace Finance, Global Marketplace Finance, Client Direct Digital and Stores Commerce, Client Direct Product, Strategy, Analytics, Supply Chain and Demand Planning to successfully execute deliverables. In addition, there is a high level of exposure to Senior Leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, analytics, business, or a related field Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial planning, forecasting, or analysis Strong analytical skills and financial modeling expertise, particularly in Excel Proficient with Client Office applications Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI Excellent communication and articulation skills Experience in ecommerce, retail, or supply chain Experience in an Omni-channel Retail or Retail Digital Product organization preferred Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead financial planning and analysis activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts Drive supply chain excellence by partnering with Supply Chain Finance team and MPO team to help lower cost to serve. Provide financial support and analysis for the O2O business team and Functional partners Build and present full P&L business cases for investments in Online-to-Offline / Dynamic Product Program / New Commerce initiatives to understand expected outcomes. Lead ad-hoc analyses to support decisions around critical initiatives to capitalize on business opportunities changing marketplace conditions.
