THIS POSITION FOLLOWS A HYBRID SCHEDULE BASED IN PERSON IN ARCADIA, CA, WITH A MINIMUM OF THREE IN-OFFICE DAYS PER WEEK.

Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule with in-office work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and remote work on Tuesday and Thursday. Typical hours are 10-6; part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate. Work Environment

$23 - $25 hourly DOE Responsibilities
Serve as the first friendly and professional point of contact for clients and prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions Conduct detailed client intakes and gather essential information with empathy and accuracy Manage and maintain the firm’s calendar, including scheduling consultations, court dates, and team meetings Perform administrative tasks such as paper filing, scanning, and e-filing documents with the court Track and follow up on leads to ensure potential clients receive timely responses Provide exceptional customer service to ensure clients feel supported throughout their legal journey Assist with additional projects or tasks to support attorneys and staff as needed Qualifications (Required)
High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume customer service or administrative office setting Strong written and verbal communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Qualifications (Preferred)
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification (paralegal certification strongly preferred) Prior experience working in a busy law firm as an intake specialist or in an administrative support role Familiarity with legal filing procedures (state court) is strongly preferred About Company
