Our law Firm is currently seeking a qualified applicant to fill the position of a Paralegal. This role will be responsible for working closely with attorneys and other legal professionals to conduct the day‑to‑day operations of the law office, provide administrative support, and ensure compliance with client and legal regulations. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, exceptional problem‑solving skills, and is comfortable working in a fast‑paced and dynamic workplace.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys by providing clerical and research support services.
Conduct document preparation and review, research, investigations, and fact‑checking.
Prepare for trials, including the drafting of legal documents such as routine pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories.
File motions and pleadings according to judicial procedures.
Meet with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.
Research and analyze statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources, providing written analysis to attorneys.
Prepare, organize, store, and retrieve case files, including evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, and other items.
Develop and maintain records regarding billable hours spent on specific cases.
Perform administrative services to support the legal team and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service and communication with clients and team members.
Maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and good judgment, and manage sensitive information.
Other related duties as assigned.
