Halvik is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator who possesses an understanding of all phases of contract administration. Candidates will comply with company policies and procedures, federal acquisition regulations, and assist in the review and preparation of proposals, Non‑Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, contract award review, and set up and administration of agreements/contracts through contract closeout.

Duties and Responsibilities

Review and prepare Non‑Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Negotiate various agreement types and contracts.

Provide contractual guidance on solicitations and contract documents.

Administer the entire life cycle of prime contract types (IDIQ, CPFF, FFP & T&M) from proposal negotiations to contract modifications and closeout.

Work regularly with FAR, Multiple Award schedules, statements of work, and contractual flow‑downs.

Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.

Maintain contract/procurement files in compliance with policy and coordinate contractual funding modifications, point‑of‑contact changes, period of performance extensions, etc.

Prepare internal reports tracking deliverables, regulatory reporting, contract briefs, and Government property.

Collaborate with internal departments concerning specific contract questions, issues, and problems.

Perform contract closeouts in accordance with applicable regulations.

Experience with Certified Purchasing System implementation and use is a plus.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

Bachelor’s Degree (direct and relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement).

3–5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Working knowledge of IDIQ, CPFF, FFP, and T&M types of contracts.

Ability to work with a multi‑functional team.

Strong planning and organization skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and the FAR/DFARS.

Halvik’s pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 per year
