We are supporting our client in identifying an IT Support Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to assist with a large-scale Windows 11 reimaging initiative and ongoing IT support across multiple locations.
Role Overview The selected candidate will be instrumental in reimaging and replacing computers as part of the Windows 11 rollout. They will work within a Microsoft-based environment and should have hands‑on experience with SCCM, Active Directory, and Office 365. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who is ready to contribute to a fast‑paced, enterprise‑level project.
Key Responsibilities
Reimage and replace end‑user devices as part of the Windows 11 migration.
Provide technical support across a Microsoft tech stack (SCCM, AD, O365).
Deploy software and updates using SCCM.
Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory.
Support Office 365 applications and troubleshoot user issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transitions.
Qualifications
1‑2 years of IT support experience.
Experience with SCCM, Active Directory, and Office 365.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
