About The Role Reporting to the Manager of Visual Design, this role will design assets for our website, emails, social media, video content, paid media, and more. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented, organized, creative team player with a strong design aesthetic, strong work ethic, animation skills, and a passion for finding creative solutions. About The Team Our Brand Marketing team brings our brand to life—through creative, content, campaigns, and experiences that build a connection with our audience and move them to action. We are looking for a Visual Designer with proven digital and performance design experience to join our in‑house creative studio and help design engaging and on‑brand assets and motion graphics for a variety of digital media initiatives.
What will you be doing?
Lead design projects, from conception to delivery
Execute creative design for emails, landing pages, banner ads, social ads, video content, and more
Demonstrate acuity with critical and conceptual thought
Interpret creative briefs and ask clarifying questions when needed
Partner with copy to prepare draft concepts and present ideas
Stay organized, detail‑oriented, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Obtain input from managers to ensure designs meet organizational standards, brand expectations, and represent the company accurately
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on‑brand
Keep up with the latest trends and innovations in design, motion graphics, and the creative industry
What are we looking for?
3+ years of design experience in an in‑house creative department, marketing, or agency studio
Moderate to advanced motion graphic experience
A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thought
Proficiency with design software (Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Understanding of design systems and libraries within the Figma framework
Ability to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision, meeting deadlines
Creative thinker with excellent listening and communication skills
Strong written and presentation communication skills
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams
Attention to detail and an eye for quality; ability to translate technical capabilities into benefits
