Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location New York, NY (Hybrid 3 days/week in office near Grand Central)
Employment Type Full-Time, Direct Hire
Compensation $100,000 - $120,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Overview We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast‑paced and growing organization in New York City. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership, managing executive operations and special projects. This is a hybrid position that requires a strong presence in the NYC office three days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel logistics
Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations
Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and confidential communications
Organize Board meetings, record minutes, and track action items
Plan and manage domestic and international travel arrangements
Prepare itineraries, process reimbursements, and maintain expense reports
Support strategic company initiatives and coordinate cross‑departmental projects
Handle confidential matters with utmost discretion
Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external partners
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
3-10 years of experience supporting C-level executives
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Highly professional demeanor and client‑facing communication style
Local to New York City and available to commute to the office
