Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast‑paced and growing organization in New York City. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership, managing executive operations and special projects. This is a hybrid position that requires a strong presence in the NYC office three days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel logistics
  • Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations
  • Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and confidential communications
  • Organize Board meetings, record minutes, and track action items
  • Plan and manage domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare itineraries, process reimbursements, and maintain expense reports
  • Support strategic company initiatives and coordinate cross‑departmental projects
  • Handle confidential matters with utmost discretion
  • Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external partners

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-10 years of experience supporting C-level executives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Highly professional demeanor and client‑facing communication style
  • Local to New York City and available to commute to the office
