Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast‑paced and growing organization in New York City. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership, managing executive operations and special projects. This is a hybrid position that requires a strong presence in the NYC office three days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel logistics
- Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations
- Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and confidential communications
- Organize Board meetings, record minutes, and track action items
- Plan and manage domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare itineraries, process reimbursements, and maintain expense reports
- Support strategic company initiatives and coordinate cross‑departmental projects
- Handle confidential matters with utmost discretion
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external partners
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-10 years of experience supporting C-level executives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Highly professional demeanor and client‑facing communication style
- Local to New York City and available to commute to the office
