The Role We’re looking for a Creative Producer who lives and breathes social video to drive impact across the commercial branded content team. You’ll take projects from concept to delivery, shaping ideas, guiding shoots, and steering post‑production. You understand what performs on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X, and can make every piece of content punchy, platform savvy, and shareable.
What You’ll Do
Create bold, social‑first video concepts that capture attention and engage our audiences
Work with creatives and producers to bring ideas to life across all social platforms
Lead production on shoots, collaborating with talent, crew, and editors
Guide editorial direction in post‑production, ensuring videos match the intended creative vision
Tailor content for different platforms, knowing the subtleties that make videos succeed on each
Manage multiple projects at once, keeping deadlines and quality top of mind
Monitor performance metrics to inform future creative decisions
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Creative Producer, ideally in social‑first or branded content
Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X, with knowledge of trends, platform mechanics and what drives engagement
Passion for social content, digital culture, and gaming
Hands‑on production experience, including storyboarding, scripting, shoots and post‑production
Excellent planning, time management, and multitasking skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Willingness to travel occasionally within the US and internationally if required.
Fluent in English
Portfolio Requirement Applications must include links to relevant video content showcasing your experience and expertise. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
Working Hours Full time: Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM EST
