Job Summary The Strategic Initiatives Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives across service, estimations, sales, and AFT teams. This role ensures successful execution from project initiation through delivery, while driving continuous improvement, strategic alignment, and customer satisfaction. The manager mentors junior managers and contributes to operational excellence and process optimization.
Minimum Qualifications
BS in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of service operations experience
PMP Certification (preferred)
Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects
Strong understanding of production workflows and customer engagement
Strategic thinking and analytical problem‑solving
Advanced communication and leadership skillsHigh attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, Excel
Basic ERP system knowledge
Advanced knowledge of business operations and execution
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
Duties and Responsibilities Project Leadership
Lead high‑impact projects involving multiple departments and stakeholders
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
Ensure alignment with business goals and customer expectations
Cross‑Functional Coordination
Facilitate collaboration across departments to meet goals and milestones
Resolve cross‑departmental issues and mitigate risks proactively
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary contact for strategic initiatives during execution
Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to internal stakeholders
Mentorship & Process Improvement
Guide department managers through process changes and improvements
Lead initiatives to improve delivery, reduce costs, and enhance quality
Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across the organization
