POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for launching new digital marketing campaigns including email campaigns, web banner ads, landing pages, website monitoring and maintenance, and social media marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the System Director of Marketing and Public Relations to develop and execute the yearly digital marketing strategy, and assist in digital efforts for cross-platform programs and campaigns. Perform additional duties as required. Social Media:
Execute social media plan in coordination with corporate, maintaining content calendars for platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc. Create graphics, photography, videos, and develop campaign ideas. Respond to posts and comments in real-time, with oversight. Develop and implement new social media strategies. Use graphic design skills to create digital and print materials. Website:
Regularly update and manage content on South Texas Health System’s websites, including blogs and news pages. Analyze web analytics and digital ad campaigns, making adjustments as needed. Ensure campaigns include effective calls-to-action. Miscellaneous:
Ensure content sharing across all facilities, including digital billboards and monitors. Write weekly blogs and articles, support marketing events, and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Strong project management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple projects. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Proficiency in photography and graphic design (Adobe Creative Cloud). Knowledge of social media and web platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest). Ability to measure impact using data metrics and web analytics. Ability to craft compelling digital messages. Education / Licensure
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or related field, or equivalent experience. EEO Statement
