Brand Ambassador - Heated Tobacco Product Acosta Group is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic Brand Ambassador for a leading heated tobacco product. This role involves educating adult consumers about transitioning to smoke‑free alternatives and building a loyal network of product users.

Base pay range:

$67,000.00/yr – $67,000.00/yr

Salary:

$67,000.00 with bonus potential.

Responsibilities:

Act as a Brand Ambassador within your personal and extended network to build awareness and drive product adoption among legal‑age smokers and nicotine users.

Independently identify, engage, and support adult consumers, using a consultative, consumer‑first approach.

Build and nurture a personal network by leveraging community connections, word‑of‑mouth referrals, and social circles to grow your consumer base.

Present the product and science behind the heat‑not‑burn technology in an informative, engaging, and compliant manner.

Deliver best‑in‑class experiences by offering tailored guidance and support that aligns with each consumer's needs and lifestyle.

Provide personalized after‑care (HyperCare) to ensure long‑term conversion, satisfaction, and loyalty, proactively resolving challenges that may arise post‑conversion.

Operate independently within your designated territory while collaborating with the broader team to share insights and improve results.

Manage incoming leads from other acquisition channels, ensuring timely follow‑ups and quality interactions.

Maintain deep product knowledge and stay current on industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and company initiatives.

Qualifications / Who You Are:

A driven and self‑motivated sales professional with a proven ability to build meaningful relationships.

Entrepreneurial and resourceful – able to identify opportunities and convert them into results.

Experienced in consumer‑facing roles, such as field sales, outbound prospecting, or personalized service.

Passionate about innovation, smoke‑free products, and the future of the tobacco industry.

A skilled communicator and listener, capable of delivering tailored messaging and empathetic support.

Capable of working independently and flexibly in a fast‑paced environment.

Problem‑solver with a consumer‑first mindset and a strong sense of ownership.

Licensed driver with a clean driving record.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
