Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Client Success Representative (CSR)

to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our dealership clients—guiding them through onboarding, training, and ongoing usage of the TurboPass platform. You’ll play a key role in ensuring clients maximize the value of our tools while building strong, lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new dealership accounts Educate clients on how to use the TurboPass dashboard and integrated platforms Support clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings Proactively manage account activity and ensure proper product usage Document all communications and activities in HubSpot Communicate product value and identify success stories for SoTellUs and Google Reviews Help drive product adoption and usage to meet success metrics

Qualifications

Experience in

account management ,

client success , or

sales Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (both spoken & written) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Highly organized with attention to detail Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)

Preferred Experience (a strong plus)

Automotive dealership or auto finance industry experience Experience as a

lender representative

working with dealerships
