Responsibilities

Facilitate the site recruitment and talent attraction processes to ensure high‑quality, timely hires.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage interview and offer coordination, and serve on talent acquisition initiatives as part of the Global Pharma/North American Talent Acquisition team.

Recruit using the Jubilant Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and various methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

Partner with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Regional/Global Talent Acquisition teams to develop recruitment strategies and improve processes.

Attend job fairs, recruiting events, and partner with local trade schools and universities.

Continuously seek creative improvements to attract top talent.

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities (In addition to the above)

Collaborate with senior leadership, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies and recruitment data reporting.

Generate reports using HRIS to support headcount management, time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, and other sourcing effectiveness metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Psychology, or related field; five (5) years of direct recruiting experience may be used in lieu of a BA degree. High school diploma or GED is required.

At least 1 year of progressive full‑lifecycle hands‑on recruitment experience within a global or regional organization.

Recruitment experience within Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical industries, with high volume diverse searches.

Technical and behavioral interviewing skills.

Internet and social media candidate sourcing skills.

Consultative skills – discussions with Hiring Managers on compensation/offers, market trends, recruiting process expectations, accountabilities, and service levels.

Ability to lift 20 pounds unassisted and prolonged sitting required.

Preferred: Professional or Senior Professional in Human Resources; 5+ years of progressive full‑lifecycle hands‑on recruitment experience in a global or regional organization.

Shift Weekday Days, Monday – Friday

Location This is an on‑site, full‑time position located in Spokane, WA.

Hiring Wage and Benefits

Talent Acquisition Specialist : $77,969 – $92,400 annually, with growth, promotion, and annual raises.

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist : $78,000 – $114,400 annually, with growth, promotion, and annual raises.
