Trademark & Copyright Attorney - New York or Boston Our client is a top firm, seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience for its Trademark & Copyright Group in New York or Boston. The salary range for this position is between $225k to $285k.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in U.S. and foreign trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.
Experience drafting and filing trademark applications.
Responding to cease-and-desist letters and handling other enforcement matters is preferred.
Participate in oppositions, cancellations, and other related proceedings with the TTAB.
Excellent writing skills, strong academic credentials, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills; team focused.
Admitted to or eligible for admission in Massachusetts or New York.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
