Direct message the job poster from Marina Sirras & Associates LLC Patent Associate Attorney or Patent Agent - Organic Chemistry Our client is a top Am law firm, seeking a Chemistry Patent Associate or Patent Agent for its intellectual property practice in Boston, Philadelphia, Newark, Wilmington, Washington, DC, Hartford, or Stamford offices. The salary range for this position is between $185k to $220k. Qualifications 2-10 years of patent prosecution and drafting of chemistry patent applications. Advanced degree in Organic Chemistry [Ph.D. is preferred] -- or in lieu of an advanced degree, significant chemistry-focused industry experience of at least five years. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills. For attorney candidates, at least one state bar admission is required. USPTO admission is required.
