About The Role
Join our dynamic, publicly traded international company as a Stock Plan Administrator, where you’ll oversee the administration of our equity programs, including stock options, RSUs, and ESPP. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance and accuracy while collaborating with key stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Payroll, and HR.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented expert with deep knowledge of equity plan operations, SEC regulations, and global compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities Equity Administration
Manage and track global equity awards using equity management platforms (e.g., Fidelity).
Oversee the lifecycle of equity transactions, including grants, vesting, exercises, releases, cancellations, and expirations.
Maintain precise participant data and align with HRIS and Payroll systems.
Partner with multi-country Payroll teams to ensure accurate tax withholding and reporting.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards (SEC, IRS, GDPR, and local tax authorities).
Support SEC filings (Forms 3, 4, and 5) and proxy disclosures for executive compensation.
Reconcile equity activity for quarterly close and year-end reporting, including stock-based compensation expense impacts.
Assist with internal and external audits, SOX controls, and reporting to the Compensation Committee.
Employee Support & Communication
Act as a trusted advisor for employees and executives regarding equity compensation.
Develop educational resources to help employees understand and optimize their equity benefits.
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes related to equity grants.
Partner with external providers (equity platforms, brokers, and tax advisors) to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
Continuously improve and streamline global equity administration processes through automation and best practices.
Stay updated on emerging equity compensation trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
Experience Required
Proven experience in equity compensation administration.
Strong knowledge of RSUs, stock options, PSUs, ESPP, and global tax/reporting requirements.
Familiarity with SEC filings and public company compensation governance.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across senior leadership and global teams.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field.
Proficiency with equity management platforms (Shareworks, ETRADE, Fidelity, Carta) and HRIS (Workday).
Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
