Instrumentation and Electrical Technician
We Build with Passion- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE NEW Incineration unit is seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician
will be responsible for performing hands-on instrument checks, calibrations, and PLC Logic programming, along with diagnosing issues with control circuitry and assisting the electrical and maintenance departments with various tasks as needed.

is searching for a reliable and safety oriented I&E Technician with an excellent mechanical aptitude to join our team!
$35+ hourly, DOE, paid weekly. Monday- Friday, 45 hrs. per week minimum, 5/ 9 hr. days.

Competitive wages Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment Group 401K with company matching component Own Part of the Company with our Employee Stock Purchase Plan Generous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career Responsibilities Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times Troubleshoots instrument and control malfunctions Performs preventative maintenance checks and calibrations Maintains accurate records and logs as required Installs new system controls (including power wiring) Installs cabling, power distribution systems, and motor control centers Services and replaces motors and lighting Performs general electrical maintenance Other duties as assigned Qualifications HS Diploma or Equivalent- required 1-5 years combined electrical/instrumentation, plant experience and related education - required Instrument and/or electrical training, degree, or certification - required Journeyman Electrician License -preferred Proficiency in blueprint reading of electronic schematics- required Proficiency in process and PLC instrumentation diagrams- required Ability to work in team environment DOT Training Proficiency in Windows based applications Ability to perform multiple tasks Lifting up to 50 lbs from the ground to your waste Climb up and down vertical ladders Capable of reaching out, over and down exerting a force 20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected - depth perception is critical 10 pushups, deep knee squats and sit-ups (to determine if fit) Good hand/eye coordination Valid Driver's License required Punctuality and attendance required Respirator fit test upon hire- clean shaven face required (mustache okay!)
