Overview
AllHealth Network (AHN) a leading provider in the behavioral health sector is seeking a dynamic Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to shape and execute our long‑term strategic vision. As a key member of our Executive Committee the CGO will collaborate with the CEO and other leaders to ensure AHN continues to thrive in a rapidly changing healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO and Executive Committee to develop and implement organization‑wide strategy and annual strategic plans
Lead strategic planning and coordinate cross‑departmental initiatives
Drive revenue diversification including new payer partnerships and service lines
Oversee mergers, acquisitions and strategic investments
Conduct market intelligence and competitive analyses
Foster an inclusive innovative culture and support organizational transformation
Required Qualifications
Masters degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred)
10 years of progressive leadership experience in business development, strategy or related roles (healthcare/nonprofit preferred)
Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies and managing acquisitions
Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams
Salary $220k – $250k
