Position Summary This position serves on the Office 365 Support and Integration team within the University of Georgia Enterprise Information Technology Services (EITS).
The role is responsible for the service delivery of high‑profile production systems that provide central IT services to the UGA campus.
Key Responsibilities
Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Listserv, Zoom, and Google Workspace services.
Assist in the administration of campus‑wide core services.
Architect and deploy new Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace services for high‑priority projects, including Microsoft Teams.
Research and develop service improvements, architecture changes, and cloud integration opportunities.
Engage in the Continual Service Improvement process to assess services and identify service enhancement opportunities.
Provide operational status monitoring for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Listserv; communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Administer user accounts, licensing, scripting (PowerShell), and synchronization for UGA Microsoft 365, Zoom, and Google Workspace tenants.
Create and maintain documentation for system administration and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with security, legal, and procurement teams on records requests, procurement justification, and change requests.
Support AI‑driven automation initiatives for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace services.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent; at least 2 years of professional experience.
Fundamental knowledge of Windows Server operating systems.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Google Workspace services.
Experience with AI tools such as Copilot, Gemini, and NotebookLM.
Strong communication and time‑management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and high‑pressure environment.
Experience in change management environments.
Physical Demands Normal office environment.
